Refund Policy
We are a custom goods company and proof 100% of our orders for FREE as a service to our customers by email. We never produce a job without you first seeing the artwork/layout and approving it first.
If there is a rare misprint or damaged print on our end, we always work with clients by replacing or refunding the item(s) when it was our error. (example: if a machine malfunctions and prints a distorted print, etc.) This is incredibly rare because we check every job, so rest assured that your items will be beautiful.

Refund Policy Procedure:
- Let your salesperson know about the issue
- We will work with you to find an amicable solution (refund/return/replacement)
- Please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your order if there is an issue
- When a refund is in order, we normally process them within 3 business days
