Neon was HUGE twenty years ago, and like all trends, twenty years later the colors made a triumphant comeback, for some reason this time accompanied by the word "bro", "brah", "broseph", "brosephine", and Southern California accents even when the speakers of such words are often from the upper East Coast.

I was only in grade school back then, and was sporting the hottest surf styles from Hobie and Bugle Boy on the upper East Coast, Rhode Island style.
